"do it again"
We had a great time AFL weekend. Fantastic atmosphere friday night, excellent music. Wound up back there for the game. Small dedicated flock of Hawks and 1994 TV had no sound but the bar staff and patrons/supporters made the day for us...that and winning hawks. Great location, all in all comfortable pub to kick back and enjoy life. Thanks from the out of towners Geelong girls. …

An old style hotel with a great hostess in the form of Tildy, who is extremely helpful and at all times charming. Comfortable rooms, some with en-suite (those without have a basin, and the clean bathrooms are nearby in the corridor) a good continental breakfast, nice guest lounge, a lift for heavy luggage and a "can't be beaten" location just a stone's throw from Salamanca Market as well as the city itself. Off-street parking is available behind the motel. We were made to feel very welcome and would recommend this place to groups, couples and singles for both short and long stays. …
