Lending their support to the 2012 national finalists are a selection of past finalists in the awards, in addition to some of the highly acclaimed Awards’ judges who have also signed up to attend. With New South Wales set to provide a generous pool of talented hospitality professionals both past and present, Whet Your Appetite invites Sydney locals to sample a taste of the talent unearthed in Australia’s premier young culinary awards. The Menu Waiters will work alongside chefs to advise and match beverages to each dish. Featuring young chefs and waiters from New South Wales, guests will be able to learn first-hand what makes these young talented professionals tick. Guests will be treated to a three course menu with matched beverages. **Please note: given the calibre and sharing style of this event, no dietary requirements can be catered for**
