In a hands-on 3 hour event, Cibo e Vino’s head chef, Paul Toogood will take you through the preparation, cooking and serving of a three-course meal. An intimate class for the enthusiastic amateur chef, learn to make dishes both exclusive from and featuring on the Cibo e Vino menu and impress your family and friends!

Students make and prepare an entree, a main and a dessert for three invited guests to dine on at the conclusion of each class.

In addition to the tips and tricks of the trade, Paul will teach you how to tailor restaurant recipes for your kitchen and make these meals at home.
