When I saw the sign best queensland pizza I thought great real pizza. We ordered penne and got a mix of spaggetti and fettucine served luke warm so eat fast before it gets cold. My pizza had raw capsicum and again luke warm and half cooked. When I went to the waitress to ask if they were out of penne she said " I don't know" I said that i was over it already and don't worry. They charge corkage but you serve your own wine and drinks for $5. When we paid cash for the meal i again said about being served the wrong meal and the owner who actually sat and drank wine with his friends next to us said take the $5 off for corkage. I said that was fair enough. Then to our surprise he came to the counter and threatened to call the police on us for not paying our bill. We said we had already paid. He said you should have said something when eating. We said we did. We spoke to the waitress who originally took our order, explaining about the wrong meal. The owner quickly told her to go. So she was not allowed to confirm our complaint. We were told to leave or he would call the police and his friends cheered and yelled "you said it was the best meal ever" actually we made comments completely opposite about the food and service. The owner did actually glance at us when I loudly complained about the wrong meal. My advice do not eat there ever, he is a disgrace to the industry. …

Saturday the 19th July 2008. Ordered when only the fourth table there. We then had to wait almost 1 1/2 hours for all seven of us to be served. The first person served has a cold meal by the time the last was served. The threat of no money caused a sudden arrival of the final meals.
Staff were overworked, one adult female and one young girl taking orders.
Food was fair. …
