The Town of Claremont and Friends of Lake Claremont are hosting a Celebrate Lake Claremont Family Fun Day event on Sunday 9 September at the Stirling Road Park near Lake Claremont (next to Scotch College, Claremont).
The event, which runs from 10am to 2pm, includes something for everyone; information stalls, bird walks around the lake at 10.15am, 11.00am, 12.30pm and 1.15pm, a live reptile display, interactive activities from Scitech, face painting, craft activities and a bouncy castle for the kids.
There will be a sausage sizzle, ice cream and coffee available for purchase on the day or alternatively residents are encouraged to come down with your picnic, friends and family and enjoy the event!

Parking is limited so why not walk or ride a bike? Extra parking will be available at the Claremont Golf Course, a short walk away.

The event has been organised as a free public event.
