"Unacceptable"
A dissappointing experience for such a well placed venue. The menu is inviting, the staff initially attentive and the location is easy and safe for kids ... but it was all down hill from there. Four waiters / waitresses couldn't decide who was serving us to begin, our coffee order took longer than our food, despite ordering food 15min after arrival ... The coffee was not nice, tasted like hot milk! Both of our orders were wrong, which part of "hollandaise on the side" means smothering EVERYthing with hollandaise.... I couldn't even see the toast. My partners order was for two eggs, on multigrain, with various sides ... well this came out 10mins after my hollandaise soup, with white toast. He then mentioned this to the waitress who apologised then requested the multigrain toast ... I had finished my meal by then. At the end we received no service, empty plates sat on our table as we watched waiters wander past numerous times, and we asked four times to bring the bill only to find we were charged extra for the toast . We left feeling unsatisifed, fired up and wont go back. …
