I travel to Byron Bay twice a year from the USA and have been doing so for over 10 years. The pizza here has been consistently great. They don't skimp on ingredients, the service is quick, prices are fair, and you get a no-nonsense, great tasting pizza. I can't recall ever being less that completely satisfied with the experience here, and I heartily recommend Legend to anyone coming to Byron. If you want upscale and fancy, tihs is not the place. I have eaten pizza from all over the world, from fine restaurants serving woodfired pizza, to smaller pizzerias that have been raved about in reviews from some of the finest food writers of our time. All I can say is that you get what you pay for! If you can appreciate good food, visit legend pizza in byron bay. If you enjoy eating cardboard, waste your money on dominos or eagle boys. These guys use the freshest ingredients, allow you decide everything you want on your pizza, dont charge for extras and supply what i believe is the best pizza i have ever eaten. At 90kgs, a medium is enough to fill me. If in the area you must visit this local establishment. From what i have learnt, it is locally owned, operated and uses local ingredients and produce.
