"Good service at the cafe."
I would like to comment on the service at Luv a coffee. While shopping in the mall I thought I would pop into this cafe to check it out. I ordered a coffee and a hot meal. I didn't have to wait long, the untensils were clean (not like some cafes I have been to in the past), and service quick. the food was piping hot and very tasty with the homecooked taste. I found the staff very polite and efficient. I would recommend this cafe to anyone in the area. Well done :) …

"poor service"
After booking an inside table we were put outside in the cold. The food was over-cooked and was unedible, the service was slow and and staff very unfriendly. This place was a great place to have family get-togethers but it has gone so far down hill that I don't think it can ever return. A shame, but good I think for the Springwood Hotel. …
